The Winter/Spring Trail Clinics

I will guide weekly trail runs, focusing on building strength and endurance over a 16 and 19 week period. These clinics are designed for those training for a marathon in April or May, 2011 and for those doing an ultra marathon in May, 2011. Also, the clinics are for people who want to run their long runs on trails in good company at great locations.
